If the best option is liquidation then we will guide you through the process. There are a number of meetings that have to be held but it can take less than a fortnight to call these meetings and place the company into Liquidation.

Once the decision to liquidate your Company has been made, you should stop trading. We will help you to deal with your employees, assisting with their dismissal and claims for any arrears of wages, holiday pay, redundancy and notice pay - in short, we will ensure that your employees fully understand the situation and know what to expect.

You will stay in control of the Company until the meeting of creditors and we will advise you on how best to deal with the Company's affairs during this period. We'll also become the first point of contact for your creditors, hopefully relieving some of the stress for you.

All of the debts stay with the company, unless you have given any personal guarantees. But we can also help you to sort out any personal finance issues if needed.
