Rescue

So, you think that you have a viable business going forward. That's great news...but how can we help you?

Liquidation

Times are hard and the future uncertain. More and more companies are facing financial difficulties; you aren't the first and certainly won't be the last Director to be concerned about the future of their Company.

Creditors voluntary liquidation

If the best option is liquidation then we will guide you through the process. There are a number of meetings that have to be held but it can take less than a fortnight to call these meetings and place the company into Liquidation.

Company voluntary arrangement CVA

A CVA is a process for a Company where the directors perceive it to have a viable future.

Wrongful trading

Trading whilst your company is insolvent is illegal. It can bring about a personal liability for directors who continue to trade despite being aware of the insolvent position of their company.
