So, what does Liquidation mean to you?

• For a Company in difficulty, there are 2 types of Liquidation Creditors Voluntary Liquidation and compulsory.
• Creditors Voluntary Liquidation ("CVL") is a process managed by an Insolvency Practitioner.
• Compulsory Liquidation is a court process, where the Government Office of the Official Receiver would deal with the Liquidation.
