Allan Kelly

Allan joined Tait Walker Corporate Finance in 2000 having trained and qualified with one of the 'big four' accountancy practices. He was made a partner in 2002.

In 2004 he returned to his initial career path of Corporate Recovery to assist in the development of the Restructuring and Advisory service.

Allan heads our debt advisory and restructuring team which provides advice to troubled corporates and their stakeholders (including banks, asset based lenders and venture capitalists).

Allan has experience in a variety of business sectors, including a number of finance director / chief operating officer secondments to companies following a buyout and/or insolvency.

Sectors: Engineering (especially Aerospace & Automotive), Construction, Transport, Renewable Energy, Retail, and Manufacturing

Qualifications: Fellow of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants; Fellow of Association of Business Recovery Professionals; ICAEW Corporate Finance Qualification; Licensed Insolvency Practitioner.
